📍 Location: Sector 28, Gurugram
💼 Role: Operations Executive
💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month
What You’ll Do:
• Manage end-to-end store operations
• Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and therapist allocation
• Drive customer experience, ratings, and NPS
• Handle cash management, petty cash, rosters, and documentation
• Monitor machine health and maintenance
• Reduce cancellations, rescheduling, complaints, and absenteeism
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with therapists
• Prepare RCA reports and operational insights for review meetings
• Improve employee retention and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong operational and team management skills
✔ High ownership and problem-solving mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Experience in operations, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or service industries is a plus
