Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage supplier and manufacturing relationships, and ensure optimal workflow efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, monitoring resource allocation, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring alignment with the company’s quality and ethical standards. The role also involves fostering collaboration among teams and driving continuous improvement in processes to achieve business goals. Should also be able to execute financial book keeping / recording for all operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills for planning and overseeing operations
- Proficiency in supply chain management and resource allocation
- Experience in supervising teams and fostering cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of quality control, manufacturing standards, and sustainability practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
- Experience in the textiles or apparel industry is a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
- Experience in book keeping is an added advantage.
