Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, manage logistics, analyze operational data, and identify areas for improvement. The role involves coordinating with team members and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and quality of services, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes and contributing to the company’s growth plans.
Qualifications
- Operations and Operations Management skills, with an understanding of efficient process workflows and business optimization.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions for operational improvements.
- Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate with team members, address customer concerns, and maintain effective relationships with partners.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on results and meeting operational goals.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in the service or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
