Role Objective
This is a high-impact leadership role designed for an "Operation Executive" who thrives in a startup environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s daily operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals. With 2–3 years of experience, you should be ready to move beyond execution into a role that requires high-level planning, team management, and strategic problem-solving.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Design and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Monitor daily business activities and ensure all departments are hitting their KPIs.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Oversee the procurement of hardware components and manage relationships with local and international vendors.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to prevent stock-outs while minimizing holding costs.
- Streamline the logistics and delivery process from the warehouse to the customer’s doorstep.
- Service Delivery & Customer Success
- Manage the field operations team (technicians and installers) to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
- Monitor post-installation support cycles to reduce turnaround time (TAT) for service tickets.
- Ensure a seamless "Customer Journey" from the moment an order is placed until the product is live.
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
- Coordinate between Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Founders regarding business health and operational scaling.
