Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Supply Chain Executive to support our logistics, procurement, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in both finance and supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Track orders, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Prepare invoices, cost sheets, and financial reports.
- Monitor supplier payments and customer receivables.
- Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Support daily operational and finance-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
- Strong interest in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) is an advantage.
