📌 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) to manage end-to-end import and export shipments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, shipping documentation, customer coordination, and logistics processes while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, etc.).
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, CHA, overseas agents, and customers.
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
- Ensure customs clearance and on-time delivery.
- Handle billing, job costing, and operational documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations while improving operational efficiency.
✅ Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain qualification preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations (Air & Sea).
- Good knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and DG handling (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Logistics software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work effectively under pressure.
