Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Operations Executive to manage day-to-day procurement operations, ensure seamless order processing, and coordinate between clients and vendors. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery across all transactions on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Order & RFQ Operations
- Manage RFQs (Request for Quotations) and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate internally to ensure quick turnaround of quotations
- Track RFQs from initiation to closure
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Handle end-to-end order processing from confirmation to delivery
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely dispatch
- Monitor order status and ensure adherence to timelines
Logistics & Delivery Tracking
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
- Ensure proper documentation (invoices, dispatch details, etc.)
- Escalate delays or issues proactively
Process Optimization
- Identify gaps in operations and suggest process improvements
- Work towards reducing turnaround time and increasing efficiency
- Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to operational processes
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, or logistics
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or procurement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- RFQ turnaround time
- Order processing time
- On-time delivery rate
- Issue resolution time
- Accuracy of data and documentation

Compensation & Probation
- Competitive salary + performance incentives
- Probation Period: 3 months
- During Probation: The monthly stipend will be of Rs.12,000.
- Post Probation: Role will be converted to a permanent position based on performance, with full salary and applicable incentives
