Role Summary:
We are hiring an Operations Executive – Procurement & Inventory to manage procurement coordination, inventory tracking, operations documentation, vendor follow-ups, and order execution activities. This is a hands-on operations role requiring strong coordination skills, documentation accuracy, and timely execution across internal teams, vendors, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end operations and procurement documentation
• Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate approvals through ERP/FMS systems
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, follow-ups, and purchase processing
• Support purchase order preparation and vendor coordination
• Track inventory updates, discrepancies, and stock movements
• Coordinate with depot, operations, vendors, and customers for order completion
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
• Ensure timely order execution and closure within defined timelines
• Support shipment, inspection, and dispatch coordination activities
• Manage regular follow-ups and operational status updates through calls and emails
Required Skills -
Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Procurement & inventory coordination
• Operations documentation handling
• ERP / FMS system knowledge
• Purchase order processing
• Vendor coordination & follow-ups
Soft Skills:
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Time management and follow-up ownership
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, procurement, inventory, warehouse coordination, or documentation handling
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, SCM, or procurement will be preferred
