About the Role
Xtrawrkx is hiring on behalf of one of the leading organizations for the role of Operations Executive – EV Fleet.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional to manage day-to-day electric vehicle operations across multiple client hubs in Delhi NCR. This is a field-intensive role (70–80% on-ground work) where you will act as the company’s representative and ensure smooth fleet operations, asset safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Monitoring & Field Operations
- Visit multiple client hubs regularly across Delhi NCR
- Inspect vehicles, parking areas, and charging infrastructure
- Ensure proper vehicle usage and identify misuse or underutilization
Live Vehicle Tracking & Verification
- Monitor vehicles using IoT systems
- Verify vehicle availability physically at hubs
- Identify discrepancies, missing vehicles, or misuse
Asset Protection & Compliance
- Ensure no unauthorized modifications or tampering
- Monitor vehicle condition (battery, controller, body, etc.)
- Promote safe charging practices and proper handling
OEM Coordination & Warranty Management
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical issues
- Ensure timely replacement of faulty parts under warranty
- Maintain documentation for warranty claims
Inventory & Spare Parts Management
- Track spare parts inventory and stock records
- Ensure availability of critical components
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment
Issue Resolution & Ground Execution
- Ensure quick resolution of breakdowns
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors
- Minimize downtime and escalate critical issues
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain fleet asset register (Chassis, Battery, Motor, IoT data)
- Track vehicle uptime/downtime
- Share daily updates with photos/videos
- Draft professional communication with clients, OEMs, and internal teams
- Maintain incident and damage reports
Operational Control & Client Coordination
- Ensure adherence to SOPs at client hubs
- Monitor driver behavior and enforce compliance
- Act as SPOC for on-ground client operations
- Coordinate with hub managers for smooth deployment
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles, spare parts, and IoT systems
- Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude
- Good email writing and communication skills (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
