Operations Executive – Cloud Department
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the PAN India Cloud Operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth coordination, timely submissions, and compliance with all required business aspects for cloud division
Requirements
- Handle OEM portals to keep the business cases up to date for sales process
- Handle distributors to keep the business cases up to date for sales process
- Coordinate between sales team & Internal Purchase teams
- Coordinate & negotiate commercials with distributors & Partners
- Handle CRM data for cloud department
- Understand various schemes of OEM, Distributors & partners and initiate back-end claims for business purposes
- Manage & track Organisations & individual certification needs
- Handle & track Customer Purchase orders & Proposals
- Handle training requirements
What we Expect from you?
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with tender portals and submission procedures (e.g., GeM, CPP, etc.)
- Support in Bid formation for tender documents in response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs related to cloud services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
What you've got?
- Coordinate Legal and Finance teams to gather inputs for agreements
- Maintain Proposal formats & agreements/contracts for deadlines
- Manage all subscription based deadlines & renewals
- Maintain a repository of all past bids, proposal templates, and reusable content for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with government/private sector tender requirements, including certifications, formats, timelines, and submission protocols.
- Create and maintain operational documents, SOPs, service descriptions, compliance reports, and other technical and non-technical documentation for the Cloud team.
- Maintain version control, approval processes, and structured documentation archives.
- Support onboarding documentation for new cloud clients, including service initiation paperwork and service-level documentation.
- Assist in preparing internal reports, dashboards, and summaries on cloud operations and projects.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of documentation and operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, documentation, or bid management, preferably in IT/Cloud services.
