About Us
We are not here to run an NGO. We are here to build impact that actually holds on ground.
Planet Earth works at the intersection of sustainability, environmental action, and mental well-being—where ideas are not just discussed, but executed. From on-ground initiatives to awareness-driven programs, everything we do is designed to create measurable change, not noise.
We are building a core team of people who take ownership, think independently, and execute with clarity. This is not a place for passive roles. This is where you step in, take responsibility, and grow by doing real work that matters.
Role Overview
This is not just an administrative role. This is the operational backbone of the organisation.
You will be responsible for bringing structure to ideas, clarity to chaos, and execution to intent. From managing critical documentation to coordinating people and processes, your role will directly influence how efficiently the organisation functions and scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end documentation systems (reports, proposals, records, compliance data)
- Build and maintain structured data systems using Excel and MS Office (tracking, dashboards, reporting)
- Coordinate across volunteers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Take charge of process creation and optimization — don’t follow systems, build better ones
- Lead volunteer onboarding and coordination, ensuring clarity, accountability, and engagement
- Ensure smooth communication and documentation flow
- Support leadership in execution of initiatives, events, and operational planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced working proficiency in MS Excel, Word, powerpoint and documentation systems
- Strong command over written and spoken English
- Experience in operations, coordination, or administrative execution roles
- Strong understanding of process thinking and structured execution
- Comfortable handling responsibility without constant supervision
Ideal Candidate Traits
- You take ownership naturally — not when asked
- You think in systems, not tasks
- You communicate clearly, not excessively
- You don’t wait for instructions—you anticipate needs
- You’re growth-oriented and can handle pressure without dropping standards
Why Join Us
- You won’t be doing just routine admin work - you’ll be building how an organisation runs
- Direct exposure to real execution, decision-making, and leadership thinking
- Your work will directly impact environmental and mental health initiatives on-ground.
- You’ll grow into someone who can run operations independently, not just assist them
