Job Description – Operations Executive
Position: Operations Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in D2C operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge across B2C, B2B, and STN shipment processes, along with expertise in warehousing, logistics coordination, and stakeholder management.
This role demands quick decision-making, strong execution capabilities, risk mitigation skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure operational environments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for B2C, B2B, and STN shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketplace, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Handle PO fulfillment and ensure timely execution against committed timelines.
- Monitor operational KPIs, shipment performance, SLA adherence, and escalation management.
- Work closely with courier partners, aggregators, and warehouse teams for daily operational efficiency.
- Execute operational planning and proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Implement quick resolutions and risk mitigation strategies to avoid operational disruptions.
- Maintain inventory movement coordination and warehouse process alignment.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting through WMS, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational gaps.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including customer support, procurement, finance, and sales teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in D2C/e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of:
- B2C Operations
- B2B Operations
- STN Shipments
- Warehousing & Logistics
- PO Fulfillment
- Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (preferably EasyEcom)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
- Quick decision-making and a risk mitigation mindset are critical for this role.
