Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Engineer (Solar) based in Bengaluru. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining solar installations, identifying and troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring reliable performance. Daily tasks include analyzing system data, resolving technical problems, collaborating with multiple teams to optimize system efficiency, and providing quality support to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to assess and address system performance issues effectively
- Strong expertise Solar operations for maintaining plants and troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and provide solution-oriented support
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience or knowledge in the renewable energy sector, particularly solar solutions, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
