We are looking for a proactive Operations Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team. The role involves coordinating customer orders, managing supply chain activities, communicating with vendors and clients, and supporting day-to-day engineering and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from enquiry to dispatch and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, follow-ups, and deliveries.
- Handle supply chain and inventory coordination to support production schedules.
- Communicate with clients and vendors through email and phone regarding orders and project updates.
- Prepare and review basic AutoCAD drawings when required.
- Maintain records and operational data using Tally and MS Excel.
- Work closely with the production and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Tally is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in manufacturing or operations will be an added advantage.
