Role Overview
We’re hiring an Operations Engineer who will work across production, process setup, and R&D support.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to factory operations + innovation, not just a desk job.
In this role, you won’t just manage processes — you will build them from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily production operations
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization
- Work closely with R&D on battery & fuel cell systems
- Implement lean manufacturing practices
- Manage vendors, inventory, and shop-floor coordination
- Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and production systems
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
Who Should Apply
- BE/B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial
- 0–5 years experience (Freshers welcome)
- Strong interest in manufacturing / core engineering / energy systems
