We’re Hiring — Operations & Design Intern
Ethnic Menswear | Mumbai
Step into the world of modern Indian menswear with Darzi House, a label rooted in craftsmanship, culture, and contemporary design.
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations & Design Intern to work closely with the founders and gain hands-on exposure across both backend operations and creative development.
📍 Location: Hybrid
🕒 Duration: 6 Months
💼 Probation Period: 1 Month

What You’ll Do
Operations
- Manage and track inventory, stock movement, and inward/outward flow
- Oversee quality checks and assist with packaging and dispatch coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, karigars, and suppliers for production requirements
- Handle client communication related to samples, sourcing, and order updates
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for operations, logistics, and timelines
- Share regular progress reports and updates with the founders
Design Support
- Assist in design development for upcoming collections
- Support moodboard creation, fabric sourcing, and reference research
- Help manage samples, trims, and design documentation
- Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into execution
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in fashion
- Equally comfortable with structure, spreadsheets, and creative processes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Has an eye for aesthetics and a genuine interest in ethnic and menswear design
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn the business side of fashion
🕗 Work Hours: 8-hour shift (flexibility during peak work periods)
