🚀 We’re Hiring | E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Bangalore
At Kneetoes, we’re building a footwear brand focused on comfort, style, and everyday movement. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can help us manage operations smoothly while delivering a great customer experience.
✨ Role: E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage online orders from website/marketplaces
• Coordinate with store managers and courier partners for dispatch and delivery tracking
• Handle returns, exchanges, and order-related issues
• Respond to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Maintain order records and prepare reports in Excel/Google Sheets
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Assist with day-to-day operational coordination tasks
• Handle CRM platforms and customer data management
Preferred Skills:
✔ Good communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
✔ Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
✔ Organized and detail-oriented mindset
✔ Experience with online order processing and CRM tools preferred
Experience:
• 1–3 years preferred
• Freshers with strong communication, knowledge in excel sheet and coordination skills are also welcome to apply.
