Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Operations & Customer Experience Intern at Evolucion. The intern will assist with day-to-day operational processes, order logistics, returns and exchange coordination, stock and inventory management, and creator/UGC product deliveries. The role also involves supporting customer communication by handling queries, feedback, reviews, and service-related concerns while helping improve internal systems and overall customer experience. The intern will work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth workflow processes and contribute to building efficient operational and customer servicing systems for the brand.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Strong English proficiency and conversational skills
- Ability to understand customer concerns, especially related to fashion, fit, sizing, and overall shopping experience
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable handling inventory-related and operational tasks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in fashion, branding, customer experience, and growing D2C businesses
- Eagerness to learn and contribute across different areas of the brand
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing one)
