Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Coordinator & Customer Experience Coordinator, requiring presence in Coimbatore with some flexibility for remote work. The role includes overseeing daily operational processes and managing customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities involve coordinating order processing, handling customer inquiries, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining strong communication among team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, logistics coordination, or supply chain
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organizational efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Basic knowledge of sustainable business practices and nutrition-focused industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree
