The Daily Grind- The Matchmaker: Strategically map candidates to the right proxy or trainer based on tech stack and vibes.
- Mandatory: Working in night shift, 7.30pm to 4.30am IST
- Calendar Tetris: Manage complex schedules to ensure interviews are locked in and synced across all time zones.
- Main Character Energy: Act as the go-to contact for our trainers, ensuring they have everything they need to help candidates level up.
- Problem Solver: Quickly pivot when schedules shift or tech issues arise—zero lag allowed.
- Data Integrity: Keep the dashboard updated and the workflow seamless.
