Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Role Overview
We are seeking an efficient and proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between our company and our customers (diagnostics service providers), coordinating the end-to-end order lifecycle and ensuring fulfillment of our customers' purchase requisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Execution: Process purchase orders (POs) and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle for laboratory reagents and consumables.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of temperature-sensitive or specialized laboratory supplies.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for laboratory customers, providing them with essential product details, documentation, and order updates.
- Information Management: Gather necessary technical specifications and documentation from internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Relevant experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (experience in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare industries is a major plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi (reading, speaking, and writing) is a must
