Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as an Operations Coordinator located in Hosur. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of daily logistics operations by coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and managing delivery timelines. Key responsibilities include monitoring transport operations using GPS tracking systems, assisting in administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries or resolve challenges efficiently.
*Strong analytical ability to review logistical data and support operational efficiency
*Ability to work closely and coordinate with leadership, including the COO and other senior leaders, in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, drivers, and internal teams
*Understanding of operations coordination and the ability to help streamline processes
*Customer service mindset to handle and resolve client queries promptly
*Experience or exposure to administrative support, documentation, and operational coordination
*Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
*Familiarity with GPS or logistics tracking systems will be an added advantage
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
