Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Operations Coordinator role based in Kottayam, with flexibility for some work from home. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily order processing, coordinate deliveries with drivers and partner plants, and monitor route execution to ensure on-time fulfillment. This role will track jar movements using QR-based tools, manage subscription schedules, and support digital billing accuracy. The Operations Coordinator will handle customer and partner escalations, update records in internal systems, and prepare basic operational reports on volumes, service levels, and exceptions. The role will also support process improvements, assist in onboarding new delivery partners, and collaborate with the operations and technology teams to ensure smooth platform performance.
Qualifications
- Strong operational coordination skills, including scheduling, route or delivery coordination, and daily task prioritization.
- Comfort using technology platforms such as mobile apps, dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with drivers, partners, and subscribers.
- Attention to detail for managing subscriptions, tracking inventory (jars), and verifying billing and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multitask, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, logistics, or a related field.
