Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional teams including Project Management, Maintenance, IT, and Accounts. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, tracking deliverables, and maintaining coordination across departments.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project Manager, IT Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Accounts team for daily operations
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across departments
- Assist in planning and execution of projects and operational activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Ensure proper follow-ups and closure of assigned tasks
- Maintain documentation and operational records
- Identify delays or issues and escalate proactively
- Act as a central communication point between teams
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project support roles
- Strong communication skills in English and Marathi (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
