Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Coordinator who can support daily agency activities, coordinate between teams, and ensure tasks move on time. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with 1+ year experience to start a career in agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks between marketing, design, and sales teams
- Track daily work updates and follow up with team members
- Assist in managing campaign timelines and deliverables
- Support client coordination and reporting processes
- Maintain task trackers, documents, and internal systems
- Ensure smooth day-to-day agency operations
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in any coordination / admin / operations role
- Strong communication and basic organizational skills
- Willingness to learn digital marketing workflows
- Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or task management tools is a plus
