Profile Title: Operations Coordinator
Profile Type: Full Time
Profile Location: Mumbai (Immediate Requirement)
Profile Overview: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth academic and
administrative functioning of the training program at school. This role bridges management,
teachers, students, and parents ensuring curriculum delivery, discipline, communication, and
operational efficiency align with institutional standards. The position requires strong organizational
capability, academic understanding, stakeholder management, and process orientation.

tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Coordination
- Monitor and support curriculum implementation across grades.
- Coordinate lesson planning, academic calendars, assessments, and examination schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus as per academic plan.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide structured feedback to teachers.
- Facilitate teacher meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
2. Faculty Supervision & Support
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new teachers.
- Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, and performance indicators.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal development initiatives.
- Support performance evaluation processes.
3. Student Management
- Coordinate academic tracking of student performance.
- Address escalations related to academic concerns.
4. Parent & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as point of contact for academic queries.
- Coordinate PTMs and academic review meetings.
- Ensure timely communication of circulars, results, and updates.
5. Administrative & Operational Coordination
- Support timetable preparation and scheduling.
- Coordinate events, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain academic records and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and regulatory guidelines.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare academic reports, analytics, and review summaries.
- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
- Track KPIs related to attendance, results, and teacher performance.
Apply If:
- Hold a formal/informal educational background in Education/Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized university.
- Have 6-12 months of experience in teaching, training, supervisory/coordination role (preferred)
- Familiarity with academic calendar planning and timetable software.
- Ability to analyze student performance data and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of NEP-aligned academic structures (if applicable).
- Are proactive, reliable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Must be willing to report early as per school operational timings, including assembly hours and examination schedules.
- Open to official travel and extended availability for inter-school events, educational visits, training programs, PTMs, annual functions, and other academic commitments.
