eHandler is an e-commerce operations and warehousing partner helping online brands manage fulfillment, courier coordination, and operational logistics. We manage storage, order processing, dispatch operations, and logistics coordination for multiple brands selling across marketplaces and D2C platforms.


The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily warehouse and fulfillment operations while coordinating between clients, courier partners, and the internal team.



Role Overview


The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing daily operational workflows including order processing, shipment coordination, client queries, courier pickups, and internal task tracking. This role ensures orders move efficiently from warehouse to customer while maintaining high operational accuracy.



Key Responsibilities


1. Order Fulfillment Management

• Monitor daily incoming orders from marketplaces and client systems.

• Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate label generation and shipment booking.

• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.


2. Courier & Logistics Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate courier pickups with logistics partners.

• Track shipments and resolve courier-related issues.

• Ensure timely dispatch of orders.

• Maintain communication with courier partners.


3. Client Communication

• Handle operational queries from clients.

• Provide updates on order status, dispatches, and issues.

• Coordinate with clients regarding stock availability and operational concerns.


4. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock movement and order fulfillment.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.


5. Issue Resolution

• Handle operational problems such as shipment delays, order mismatches, or pickup failures.

• Escalate critical issues to management when required.

• Ensure quick resolution to maintain client satisfaction.


6. Operational Documentation

• Maintain daily operational reports.

• Track order dispatch performance and pickup schedules.

• Update operational systems and internal trackers.


7. Task & Workflow Management

• Ensure operational tasks are completed within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with warehouse team members for task execution.

• Maintain clear task tracking to avoid missed operations.



Required Skills

• Strong organizational and task management skills

• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic knowledge of logistics / courier operations

• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment



Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years experience in:

• E-commerce fulfillment

• Warehouse operations

• Logistics coordination

• Courier operations


Experience with shipping aggregators or courier systems will be an advantage.
