DrowWater is hiring a Growth Executive to manage customer calls, coordinate deliveries, and support business growth. The role includes handling customers, managing delivery staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Follow up with leads and convert into customers
Coordinate with delivery boys / field staff
Manage order dispatch & delivery tracking
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Support sales and help increase daily orders
Maintain daily reports (calls, orders, deliveries)
Requirements:
Experience: 3 months – 1+ year
Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
Basic sales & customer handling skills
Ability to manage calls + operations together
Familiar with WhatsApp & Excel
