Job details:
- Screen and shortlist voice talent applications on Upwork and other platforms against a technical spec
• Manage ongoing conversations with 20–50 candidates across nine languages and multiple time zones
• Run QA on delivered audio: verify sample rate, bit depth, file naming, and that recordings match the direction notes
• Track consent and release forms per speaker; maintain the master tracker
• Coordinate batch scheduling, delivery deadlines, and payments
• Draft and post job listings; maintain per-language templates
Must-haves: excellent written English (most communication is written, with non-native speakers), strong spreadsheet discipline, comfortable following technical checklists, willing to work some evening hours.
Nice to have: any audio or music background, or experience with Audacity/Audition — someone who can hear a bad noise floor saves you enormously.
