Role overview & Key responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% accurate and timely billing based on service delivery data across cities
- Manage end-to-end complaint lifecycle from logging to closure with defined TAT
- Act as a single point of contact for client communication (billing + service-related queries)
- Maintain service-to-invoice mapping and ensure zero revenue leakage
- Track and ensure invoice submission (portal/non-portal) and reduce rejections
- Provide regular updates to clients and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Prepare and manage MIS reports (billing, complaints, revenue tracking, gaps)
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales teams for seamless execution
- Ensure process compliance, audit readiness, and proper documentation
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Commerce, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations / Billing / Customer Support / MIS
- Strong data handling and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
- MS Excel & Google Sheets
- CRM / ERP / Billing Tools (preferred)
- Complaint Management Systems
- MIS Reporting & Dashboard
- Basic understanding of Finance & Billing processes (preferred)
