Position Title : Operations Controller — Finance & Logistics
Department : Back Office — Multi-functional
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage depot operations including stock inward/outward, invoicing, dispatch coordination, FIFO management, and daily stock reporting
- Handle finance & accounts activities such as GST filings, BRS, vendor invoice verification, payment coordination, statutory compliance, and customer outstanding follow-ups
- Coordinate procurement activities including PO tracking, vendor management, GRN verification, and stock replenishment monitoring
- Oversee fleet management activities like vehicle utilization tracking, fuel monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and documentation renewals
- Ensure all operational transactions and reports are updated in ERP on the same day with complete accuracy
- Monitor operational KPIs, compliance alerts, and support smooth inter-department coordination.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Finance, Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain coordination
- Good understanding of GST, invoicing, inventory control, and vendor management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
- ERP knowledge and MS Excel proficiency preferred
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (mandatory)
• MBA / Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Experience
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in operations, back-office management, or a similar multi-function
role
• Prior exposure to depot/warehouse operations and logistics coordination
• Working knowledge of GST compliance, accounts payable/receivable, and basic bookkeeping
