UdyogYantra.AI, an award-winning deep-tech startup (Global Runner-Up at FAO World Food Forum 2025, National Startup Awardee 2026 in Supply Chain), seeks a sharp Operations Consultant in Enterprise Manufacturing Digital Transformation to support our growth. This full-time role has strong potential to evolve into a Founder's Office role in Enterprise Account Management for top performers.

UdyogYantra.AI is an award-winning early-stage deep-tech startup building a globally unique Food 4.0 platform that combines AI infrastructure, digital workflows, industrial IoT, ERP, and traceability for enterprise food manufacturers and supply chains.

We’re looking for a transparent, customer-obsessed, high-integrity operator who wants to do more than sell products. This is a role for someone who wants to help build a category-defining platform, work closely with enterprise customers, and take full ownership of customer success from first conversation to rollout and beyond.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365, or similar manufacturing ERP environments is preferred. The role blends consultative selling, solution discovery, implementation support, and customer success for enterprise-grade accounts.

- Hyderabad.
What we are looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing ERP, enterprise software, solution consulting, or customer-facing operations roles.
- Exposure to ERP-led selling or consulting in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Strong communication, structured thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Local language fluency is a must.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
- High transparency, ownership, and customer-success obsession.
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup with ambiguity, pace, and accountability.
- Interest in being part of a founding team and creating meaningful long-term upside.
What will you do
- Engage enterprise food manufacturing and supply chain customers to understand business and operational challenges.
- Run discovery sessions with operations, plant, quality, procurement, and leadership teams.
- Map customer workflows to UdyogYantra.AI’s ERP, IoT, mobile, and traceability modules.
- Support demos, solution design, pilot scoping, and rollout planning.
- Own customer success through proactive follow-through, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Help convert pilots into multi-site enterprise deployments.

Training Sprint
Selected candidates will need to spend the first 3–6 months at our Delhi HQ for training, onboarding, and close working with the founding team before moving back to their base location for customer engagement and account ownership.
