Job Title: Operations & Client Success Manager
Creative Production | Client Coordination | Project Management
About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven, organized, and solution-oriented Operations &
Client Success Manager to become the backbone of our fast-moving creative
ecosystem.
This is not a conventional management role. We’re looking for someone who thrives
in a dynamic environment, can manage moving pieces effortlessly, build strong
client relationships, and ensure every project — from data organization to
production shoots — runs seamlessly.
You’ll be working closely with leadership, clients, creative teams, and production
partners to keep operations sharp, communication clear, and execution flawless.
What You’ll Own
Client Management & Communication
• Be the key point of contact for clients, managing communication, timelines,
updates, and expectations.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive coordination and
problem-solving.
• Handle meetings, follow-ups, project briefs, approvals, and delivery coordination.
Production & Shoot Coordination
• Plan, coordinate, and manage photoshoots, video shoots, campaigns, and
production schedules.
• Oversee logistics, vendors, talent, locations, timelines, and on-ground execution.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, production, and client teams.
Operations & Workflow Management
• Create structure within a fast-paced creative environment.
• Manage calendars, project trackers, internal workflows, and operational systems.
• Organize data, documentation, assets, reports, and project records with precision.
Project Management & Execution
• Keep multiple projects moving efficiently across departments.
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and maintain momentum.

Preferred Experience
• Background in creative agencies, media, content production, branding,
marketing, events, or startup environments preferred.
• Experience managing shoots, campaigns, operations, or client accounts is a
strong advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools, Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, or
workflow systems.
