We specialize in residential and small commercial projects, delivering fast, coordinated, and permit-ready solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with an architecture, civil, or interior design background to manage client communication, project coordination, and daily operations.
This is a high-responsibility role with direct exposure to international clients and real projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication
- Handle incoming client inquiries (email, calls, messages)
- Understand project requirements (secondary suites, garages, renovations, etc.)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Canada-based clients
- Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
Project Coordination
- Coordinate between clients, architects, and engineers
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Assist in preparing permit submission packages
Email & Admin Management
- Manage company email inbox (client, permit, internal)
- Draft professional emails to clients, consultants, and authorities
- Assist in invoicing and tracking project status
Lead & Growth Support
- Qualify incoming leads and collect required information
- Maintain lead tracking system (CRM / Excel)
- Support outreach and follow-up processes
- Assist in improving workflow and internal systems
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong English communication (written + spoken)
- Good understanding of drawings, plans, and construction basics
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international clients (Canada/US)
- Familiarity with permit drawings or construction workflows
- Experience using CRM tools, Excel, or project management software
