Role Description
This is a full-time paid internship for an Operations & Client Coordination Intern, based on-site in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with daily operational tasks, facilitate client engagement, support project management activities, and help ensure seamless communication between teams and clients. Duties include monitoring and streamlining workflows, assisting with sales operations, and contributing to the successful execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and support informed decision-making
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination and team collaboration
- Experience or interest in Sales and understanding client needs
- Knowledge of Operations Management and process improvement
- Basic proficiency or willingness to learn Project Management practices and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
- Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for making a positive impact in healthcare
