Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations & Chef Onboarding Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing daily operational tasks to ensure seamless kitchen and delivery operations, managing and coordinating onboarding processes for new chefs, and maintaining operational standards across various teams. The candidate will be responsible for timely communication with chefs, monitoring quality and hygiene practices, and implementing workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with chefs and team members.
- Experience in operations management and process optimization to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control practices in a kitchen environment.
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the food industry or working with chefs is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
