We’re looking for driven, hands-on interns who are eager to learn the nuts and bolts of a fast-moving operations team. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love making things work better, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist daily operations: order fulfilment, logistics coordination, vendor communication
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Support inventory management, quality control, and packaging
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and delivery partners
- Maintain and update dashboards and internal reporting tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Students or recent graduates in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing or related fields
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic operational analytics
- Familiarity with Bhubaneswar’s local geography and market dynamics is a bonus
Note: This is an unpaid internship with potential to convert into a full-time role. Exceptional performance will be recognized and rewarded with relevant compensation.
