Job Description – Operations & Alliances

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Operations & Alliances in the fintech domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, strategic partnerships, merchant support, and alliance management across products such as POS, UPI, and CMS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, analytical, and relationship management skills with hands-on experience in fintech operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Manage end-to-end operational processes related to POS, UPI, and CMS products.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, activation, and support for merchants and partners.
- Monitor transaction flow, reconciliation, settlement, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, tech, compliance, and customer support.
- Maintain operational MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements for better efficiency.
Alliance & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, aggregators, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with alliance partners for onboarding, integration, and operational support.
- Drive partner engagement and ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
- Support expansion of POS and UPI network through strategic collaborations.
- Handle escalation management and ensure timely resolution for partners.
Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to fintech operational guidelines and compliance standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness for operational activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in fintech operations and alliance management.
- Strong understanding of:
- POS Operations
- UPI Ecosystem
- CMS (Cash Management Services)
- Merchant onboarding & settlement process
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and operational tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with fintech companies, payment aggregators, or banking ecosystems.
- Knowledge of merchant acquiring business and digital payment solutions.
- Strong coordination and execution capabilities.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
