Job Location- Gurgaon
Designation- Operations Audit Executive
We are looking for an Operations Audit Executive with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to identifying operational gaps and irregularities.
The role will focus on areas such as pickups, purchase, customer retention, repeat customers, and other key business metrics to identify discrepancies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business data to identify gaps, discrepancies, and unusual patterns.
- Identify operational irregularities and process gaps.
- Investigate issues and determine their root causes.
- Identify potential areas of errors, losses, or leakages.
- Track recurring issues and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and highlight key findings to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations Audit, MIS, Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role. Freshers can also apply
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in identifying process gaps, discrepancies, errors, and operational leakages will be preferred.
