Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Associate - Intern role based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting daily operational tasks, facilitating workflow efficiency, and assisting with customer interactions. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the intern will engage in documentation, data management, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, including spreadsheets and task management applications, is a plus
