Job details:
Assist as a support point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Help manage and organize operational information and documentation.
Support updates and maintenance of POS systems and operational records.
Track and assist in reporting key operational metrics (KPIs).
Help handle and document customer queries or complaints, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements under guidance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.
Assist in preparing emails, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Take meeting notes and support in tracking action items to ensure closure.
