Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Student Gallery and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Process customer orders from receipt to delivery, including invoicing, dispatch coordination, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and operational documentation.
- Track project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in procurement activities, vendor onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Handle operational communication with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain MIS reports, operational data, and project records using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Travel across Assam whenever required for site visits, vendor meetings, project execution, and operational support.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
