We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have exceptional English communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and ideally have experience in healthcare, then this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clear and concise communication (written and spoken English).
· Schedule appointments efficiently, liaising with patients, doctors, healthcare providers, and other parties involved.
· Multi-task effectively, managing a high volume of inquiries and requests simultaneously.
· Build strong relationships with customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
· Experience with the healthcare industry is a plus.
Schedule:
· This role requires working UK hours (flexible scheduling with weekend work and weekday time off possible).
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of customer service experience.
· Excellent written and spoken English (UK dialect preferred).
· Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with new software.
· Strong multitasking abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
