Key Responsibilities
- Application Process Monitoring:
Monitor and track the progress of education loan applications at each stage. -Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure timely updates to both internal stakeholders and applicants.
- Communication and Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding application updates. -Collaborate closely with the sales team and lending team to streamline communication and ensure a seamless application process.
Identify and escalate any issues or challenges in the application process promptly. -Work collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions and ensure a positive experience for both students & sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Any Bachelor's degree.
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
