Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Mode: On-site Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome) Role Overview We are hiring Back Office Associates (Operations) to support AI-driven processes such as data labeling, annotation, and vendor-side data collection. No prior experience in AI or coding is required, as structured training will be provided. After a one-week training period, candidates will be assigned to a team based on their strengths and performance. Team Allocation (Post Training)
- Data Review Team Review a high volume of images or videos daily Evaluate data based on defined quality standards and SOPs
- Data Annotation Team Read, label, and annotate structured data Add comments on documents across domains such as finance, healthcare, or media
