Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Bengaluru. The Operations Associate will handle daily operational activities, assist in improving and streamlining processes, and ensure the smooth execution of business operations. Additional responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role may also involve coordination with clients or partners to support business goals and objectives.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Solid analytical skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
