As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for someone who can step in immediately, support core operations, and grow alongside the business. This role offers direct exposure to and collaboration with senior leadership, including the Director, SVP, and CEO.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, quick-thinking Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of the business.
This role is critical to maintaining a seamless experience across both stylists and clients, with a strong focus on order management, digital closet upkeep, and backend operational accuracy. The ideal candidate is proactive, hardworking, and willing to go above and beyond in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Execution- Manage daily order flow, including placing, tracking, and updating order statuses
- Ensure all orders are accurately reflected in the system and proactively follow up on any delays
- Track returns and refunds, confirming completion and resolving discrepancies
- Support reconciliation processes across merchants and orders
Commission & Accuracy- Assist with auditing stylist commissions to ensure accuracy across all transactions
- Maintain clean, reliable data across orders, returns, and payouts
Digital Closets & Client Support- Support the build-out and ongoing maintenance of digital client closets
- Assist with closet digitization projects and backend organization
- Help ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for both stylists and clients
General Operations- Support day-to-day operational needs across the business
- Assist leadership (CEO, SVP, Director of Ops, Director of Styling) with ad hoc projects and execution
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in order management, operations, or a similar execution-focused role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as tech, styling, and key stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data, operational systems, and building reports to track performance and identify issues
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Experience with order reconciliation and refund tracking is a plus
- Exposure to quality improvement practices and/or building and refining operational processes is a must
