About theprintspace
We are redefining how art is sold online. For 18 years, we have brought together art, data, and technology to transform the art market - turning social media audiences into thriving art businesses. We are a social commerce company built on three pillars: a marketing agency that helps artists grow their brands, a data-driven approach that maximises their sales potential, and a global print-on-demand operation that fulfils orders with precision.
We are a high-growth, software-driven company with a deeply AI-forward culture. Our leadership team actively uses tools such as Claude Code for complex financial modelling, strategic analysis, and process design. AI is embedded in how we work, and we are looking for team members who share that commitment.
The Opportunity
At theprintspace, our operations team manages workflows across London, Düsseldorf, and Brooklyn. As the company scales, we are building intelligent, AI-powered systems that multiply our capacity and drive efficiency across every function. We are seeking an Operations Associate who will be instrumental in this transformation.
This is not a conventional operations role focused solely on process execution. You will work alongside leadership to implement automation using tools such as Claude Code, manage AI agent workflows, and help design systems that enable the company to scale efficiently.
If you are drawn to the prospect of learning cutting-edge AI tools, contributing to meaningful automation, and developing your career within a fast-moving international company, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Process Improvement
- Leverage AI tools (including Claude Code) to automate daily operational workflows, reducing manual effort across the organisation.
- Identify repetitive processes and design or prompt AI agents to manage them, enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities.
- Support the ongoing transition from manual operations to AI-managed operations across all three global locations.
Daily Operations & Coordination
- Monitor operational queues, internal communication channels, and workflows to ensure timely resolution and escalation of issues.
- Coordinate across departments in London, Düsseldorf, and Brooklyn - gathering inputs, facilitating approvals, and maintaining momentum on key deliverables.
- Maintain accurate internal records, operational documentation, and databases.
AI Agent Management
- As you develop within the role, you will take ownership of managing AI agents responsible for supply chain tracking, invoicing, freelancer scheduling, and related workflows.
- You will learn to prompt, evaluate, and refine these agents — developing a skill set that represents the future of operational management.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Once fully onboarded and trained, you will represent the operations team in meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- This role offers a clear trajectory into senior responsibilities and leadership within the operations function.
Candidate Requirements
We place a high value on aptitude, curiosity, and drive. Extensive prior experience is welcome but not required - the right mindset is essential.
- A genuine interest in AI and automation, with practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Composure and professionalism under pressure, with the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for collaboration with global, cross-cultural teams.
- Self-discipline and proactivity required to excel in a fully remote working arrangement.
- A commitment to professional development and a desire to take on increasing responsibility over time.
- Some experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or a comparable role — alternatively, demonstrated initiative through personal projects or self-directed learning.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-coding and automation tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including working with large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, or Monday.
- Experience working in or with international teams across multiple time zones.
Why Join theprintspace
- Join an operations team managing a global, multi-country business with a strong emphasis on AI-driven efficiency and scalability.
- Work at a company where AI adoption is integral to daily operations, not aspirational.
- Gain hands-on experience with Claude Code, AI agents, and advanced automation tools.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote position with the support of a collaborative, international team.
- Receive a competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
- Benefit from a clear professional development path into senior operations and leadership responsibilities.
