We’re hiring an Operations Associate (D2C / E-commerce) for ELVN, a premium activewear brand.
This role sits at the core of our customer experience and backend operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer queries across WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
• Handle order tracking, returns, and issue resolution end-to-end
• Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery flows
• Ensure a seamless, premium post-purchase experience
Ideal Candidate:
• 1–3 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce operations (must-have)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling high-volume customer interactions
