The Operations Associate will execute daily operations including processing, invoicing, tracking, and documentation while managing customer relationships and resolving operational issues. This role requires generating reports, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with banking partners, compliance, and product teams to ensure SLA adherence. The position demands strong analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach for handling high-value payments and forex conversion operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Operations SOPs including processing, invoicing, tracking, documentation and forex conversion operations with bank partners
- Generate and publish daily reports and track KPIs for banking partners and customer cohorts
- Manage and resolve operations tickets within defined SLAs with customer centricity
- Communicate with customers for documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with customer facing and compliance teams to manage escalations
- Coordinate with Bank partners, tech, compliance and product teams to resolve operational issues
